Wee Kingdom Terms & Conditions

By entering Wee Kingdom, purchasing a ticket, booking a session, attending an event or holding a membership, you agree to abide by the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Supervision of Children

Wee Kingdom is not a supervised play facility.

Parents, guardians and accompanying adults remain fully responsible for the supervision, safety and behaviour of all children in their care at all times.

Children must:

  • Use equipment appropriate to their age and ability.
  • Follow any safety instructions provided by staff.
  • Remain within designated customer areas.
  • Not enter closed, restricted or staff-only areas.

Wee Kingdom accepts no liability for accidents, injuries or damage arising from inadequate supervision, misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

2. Session Length & Arrival Times

General admission sessions are 90 minutes in duration.

Customers should arrive no more than 5 minutes before their allocated session time and must leave promptly at the end of their session.

Late arrival does not entitle customers to additional time. Refunds, credits or transfers will not be offered for missed session time.

Additional play time may be available subject to capacity and may incur an additional charge.

3. Food & Drink Policy

Outside food and drink are not permitted within Wee Kingdom, including snacks and drinks, unless prior permission has been granted for medical, allergy or dietary requirements.

As a café and play centre, Wee Kingdom offers a range of food and drink options for customers.

Food and drink must not be taken into any play area, sensory room or equipment zones.

4. Sensory Room

The sensory room is primarily intended for children aged 3 and under and children with additional support needs.

Older children may use the room only under direct adult supervision.

The sensory room is a calm environment. Running, climbing, rough play, shouting, throwing items or misuse of equipment is not permitted.

Children using the sensory room without appropriate supervision may be asked to leave the area until accompanied by a responsible adult.

Any deliberate damage or damage caused through misuse may be charged to the responsible adult.

5. Equipment & Safety

All guests must remove shoes before entering the play equipment or sensory room.

Socks must be worn at all times.

Customers must not place heavy items, including car seats, on tables or furniture. Wee Kingdom accepts no responsibility for injury or damage resulting from customers doing so.

Play equipment is designed primarily for children aged 8 years and under.

6. Bookings, Cancellations & Transfers

All bookings are non-refundable.

Play session bookings may be transferred to another available session provided at least 12 hours' notice is given prior to the original booking time.

Transferred bookings must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.

Exclusive hire bookings require a minimum of 14 working days' notice to transfer.

No refunds or transfers will be given for missed sessions, late arrivals, illness, change of plans or failure to attend.

In exceptional circumstances, Wee Kingdom may offer a discretionary transfer at management's sole discretion.

7. Memberships & No-Shows

Memberships are intended for regular use and are subject to fair use.

Members must cancel any sessions they are unable to attend as soon as possible.

Failure to attend a booked session without cancelling is recorded as a no-show.

Repeated no-shows prevent other families from booking and have a significant impact on our business.

Memberships with more than 6 no-shows within any rolling 6-month period may be reviewed and may result in suspension or cancellation of membership benefits without refund.

Wee Kingdom reserves the right to refuse future bookings under a membership where repeated no-shows occur.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

Wee Kingdom aims to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all visitors.

Aggressive, abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour towards staff, customers or children will not be tolerated.

Customers who behave inappropriately may be asked to leave immediately without refund.

Children who are repeatedly causing danger, disruption or damage may be asked to leave with their accompanying adult.

9. Damage to Property

Customers are responsible for any deliberate or negligent damage caused by themselves or children in their care.

Wee Kingdom reserves the right to recover the cost of repairing or replacing damaged equipment, furniture, sensory equipment or fixtures.

10. Photography & Social Media

Customers may take photographs of their own children for personal use only.

Photography or filming of other children is prohibited without the express consent of their parent or guardian.

Commercial photography, filming or reproduction of images taken within Wee Kingdom is prohibited without written permission.

Wee Kingdom will only use photographs of children for promotional purposes where appropriate consent has been provided.

11. Personal Belongings

All personal belongings are brought into Wee Kingdom at the owner's risk.

Wee Kingdom accepts no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to personal property.

12. Opening Hours & Closures

Opening hours may vary and are subject to change.

Wee Kingdom reserves the right to alter opening hours, close areas of the facility or close entirely where necessary due to maintenance, staffing, private hire, adverse weather, safety concerns or circumstances beyond our control.

Where a closure affects an advance booking, customers will be offered an alternative booking date.

13. Outdoor Garden Area

The outdoor garden area must be used under adult supervision at all times.

Children must use equipment appropriately and safely.

The garden may be closed without notice due to weather conditions, maintenance requirements or safety concerns.

No refunds will be issued where access to the garden is unavailable due to circumstances outside of Wee Kingdom's control.

14. Liability

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted by law.

Except where required by law, Wee Kingdom's liability shall be limited to the value of the admission ticket or booking purchased.

15. Right to Refuse Admission

Wee Kingdom reserves the right to refuse admission, cancel bookings, suspend memberships or require customers to leave the premises where these Terms & Conditions are not adhered to or where management considers such action necessary for the safety, welfare or enjoyment of other customers.

Management decisions are final.
