Wee Kingdom – Terms & Conditions
We want all our visitors to have a safe and enjoyable experience. Please take a moment to read our guidelines before your visit.
Supervision & Safety
Wee Kingdom is not a supervised play centre. Accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision of all children in their care at all times.
Children must only use areas suitable for their age group and must not enter closed-off areas.
Wee Kingdom is not responsible for injuries caused by misuse of equipment, lack of supervision, or children accessing restricted areas.
Our play centre is designed for children up to age 8. Older children may enter at their own risk.
Play Sessions
Sessions are 90 minutes long. Please be ready to leave promptly at the end of your session.
General admission tickets cover one 90-minute session. To extend your stay, please check capacity with staff — an additional charge may apply.
Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session and leave promptly when it ends.
Late arrivals will not be given extra time. Refunds or transfers will not be issued if you miss all or part of your session.
Group Bookings
If you are attending with multiple bookings, please inform us in advance so we can allocate tables together where possible.
Seating together cannot be guaranteed at busy times or pre-booked events if we are not made aware in advance.
Food & Drink
Outside food and drink (including snacks) are not permitted.
As a café as well as a play centre, we offer a wide range of child- and family-friendly food and drinks.
Sensory Room
Designed for children up to age 3 and children with additional needs.
Older children are welcome but must be supervised by an adult.
The sensory room is a calm space — no shouting, climbing, or throwing items.
Children left unsupervised will be asked to leave the room.
Any damages caused by misuse will be charged to the customer.
Damages & Safety
Deliberate damage to equipment will be charged to the customer.
Please do not place heavy items (including car seats) on tables — Wee Kingdom will not be held responsible for injuries caused by this.
Shoes must be removed before entering play areas or the sensory room. No food or drink is allowed in these areas.
Tickets & Payments
Tickets are priced in GBP only. Prices may change, and our booking system will reflect current rates.
All advance tickets are non-refundable.
Transfers are permitted if requested at least 12 hours before the original session (14 working days for exclusive hire). The new date must be within 6 months.
Opening Hours
Current hours are available on Google, our website, and our Facebook page.
Hours may change at short notice. If no bookings are made, we may close early.
Wee Kingdom reserves the right to close part or all of the venue at any time. Customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book within 6 months.
Personal Belongings
All belongings are brought at your own risk. Wee Kingdom accepts no liability for loss or damage.
Photography & Media
Guests may take photos of their own children only, for personal use.
Images must not be reproduced for public use without express permission.
Wee Kingdom will only share images of children with parental consent.
Behaviour & Conduct
Bullying, aggressive behaviour, or abuse towards children, parents/carers, or staff will not be tolerated.
Anyone behaving inappropriately will be asked to leave and may be banned from Wee Kingdom.
