Wee Kingdom is not a supervised play centre and accompanying adults are responsible for the supervision of ALL the children in their care at all times. This includes ensuring children are only using the areas suitable for their age group and not accessing areas that are closed off. 

Please arrive no more than 5 minutes before your session start time and leave promptly when your session ends. 

We ask that customers do not bring their own food to consume at Wee Kingdom, this includes snacks and drinks. We are a café as well as a play centre so we have a wide range of snacks and food suitable for all. 

Wee Kingdom is not responsible for any injuries caused by misuse of equipment, if children are left unsupervised or if children access areas they are not supposed to. 

Our play centre is really only suitable for younger children up to age 8. 

 Please do not place heavy items including car seats on tables. If you choose to do this Wee Kingdom will not be held responsible for any injury. 

The sensory room is for children up to age 3 and those will additional needs. Other children are welcome to go in but only if supervised by adult at all times and the following is upheld… The sensory room is a calming area and should therefore be used as such with no shouting/screaming, climbing or throwing items. Children must be supervised if using the sensory room due to the nature of the equipment and any breakages caused due to children being unsupervised will be billed to the customer. Children in the sensory room unsupervised will be asked to leave and get a grown up. 

A general admission ticket entitles the bearer entry into Wee Kingdom for a 90 minute play session. If you wish to stay longer then please speak with us to check capacity and an additional charge may also be applied.

 Customers with pre-booked tickets are given priority entry and we cannot guarantee entry for visitors without prior online booking. We will only hold a table 20 mins past session time for online bookings then the table will be offered to any walk ins. If we cannot accommodate you, you will be offered a refund or will be able to rebook for a more suitable time.

 All tickets purchased online are non-refundable. If you wish to transfer your booking you must give us 12 hours notice prior to the start time of the original pre-booked play session (exclusive hire notice period is 7 working days) The new play session date must be within 6 months of the original pre-booked play session. 

Ticket prices are quoted in GBP and this is the only currency we accept. Prices may change from time to time and our booking systems will be updated accordingly. 

Wee Kingdom are open 6 days a week. The opening hours are available via google, our website or Facebook Page. The hours are subject to change at short notice (if we have no bookings in, we may close early that day)

 It is your responsibility to be on time for your booked session time. You can arrive late but you will still be required to leave at the end of the booked session unless otherwise agreed with us. Refunds and transfers will not be given if you miss your session or part of it. 

Wee Kingdom reserves the right to close the whole or part of the venue at any time. Customers will be offered the opportunity to re-book their tickets within 6 months. 

All personal belongings and property brought into Wee Kingdom by visitors is done so at the owners risk. Wee Kingdom accepts no liability for any loss or damage to such property during a visit. 

All guests must remove their shoes before entering play areas or sensory area and no food or drink should be taken into these areas

 Guests can take photographs of their own children for personal purposes only. Unless permission has been expressly granted by us, pictures and images cannot be reproduced in any format or media other than for private viewing. Wee Kingdom will only share photographs of children playing on our website, social media or promotional materials with prior written consent from parents/carers.
